Karcher and Davis represent SWOSU at Miss Oklahoma Pageants

Miss SWOSU Natalee Karcher of Midland (TX) and Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen Peyton Davis of Cache will represent Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant set for June 7-12 in Tulsa.
Also going to Miss Oklahoma as Miss SWOSU’s Little Star will be Jaylee Moore of Weatherford.
The pageants will be held at the River Spirit Resort in Tulsa.
Miss and teen pageant preliminary competitions will be Monday-Friday with the Miss Oklahoma’s Outstanding Teen Pageant finals on Friday, June 11, at 7:30 p.m. and the Miss Oklahoma Pageant finals on Saturday, June 12, at 7:30 p.m.
Karcher, a senior at SWOSU majoring in biology, is competing in the Omega group. She will have her interview session on Monday, talent on Tuesday, on stage interview/social pitch on Wednesday and the red carpet event on Thursday. Karcher’s talent is singing “Feeling Good.” Karcher is the daughter of Arron and Becky Karcher.
Davis, a junior at Cache High School, will be in the Teen Omega group. She will do interview on Wednesday, active wear and on-stage interview/evening wear on Thursday, and talent on Friday during preliminaries. Davis’ talent is tap dancing to “Tap Dat.” Davis is the daughter of Jason and Julie Davis.
The winners of the pageants advance to the Miss America Pageant and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant later in the year.
Moore, a third grader at Weatherford West Elementary School, is the daughter of Jay and Kelly Moore. This will be Moore’s second year going to Miss Oklahoma as Miss SWOSU’s Little Star. She enjoys coloring, swimming, snow skiing, playing with her friends, working out, eating ice cream and looking for treasures at her cabin in Colorado.
