The SWOSU Lady Dawgs are currently 3-0 and hold the first spot in the GAC Western Division as they are now ranked #21 in the nation. Makyra Tramble has been unbelievable in the first 3 games, averaging 24.7 points, 45.9% from the 3-point line, and grabbing 10 rebounds a game. She has been phenomenal as the Lady Dawgs have continued their success from last season.

Coach Kelsi Musick has emphasized free throws and defense. Last game, against Northwestern, they only missed four free throws, which is much improved from 9 in the first game. Defensively, Musick wants to see her team continue to put pressure on their opponents, but she needs to see more efficient scoring.

Southern Nazarene hasn’t played a single game yet this season as all have been canceled. This will be their first test of the year against SWOSU.

The game is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. in Bethany, Okla. Be sure to head to swosuathletics.com to find live stats and ways to listen and watch your Dawgs.
