Student-led lifestyle class begins Feb. 28

Two SWOSU students are leading a lifestyle change class, which will begin Friday, Feb. 28 and continue through April 10.
Kaci Baka and Carley Thomas are leading the lifestyle change class which will focus on the mind and body. The curriculum includes topics such as eating healthy, being active and coping with stress. Through the creation of SMART goals, learning about problem solving, and focusing on creating healthy lifelong habits, the goal of the class is to improve the overall quality of life for those who participate.
