After two weeks with a massive increase in COVID-19 cases at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and rumors about transition to virtual classes, the numbers continue to drop after a significant decrease last week.
30 total active cases were reported by the SWOSU administration, among them 27 Weatherford students, 2 employees and 1 Sayre student.
Around 5% of the student body has to be infected in order to move most classes online, according to a contingency plan by the administration.
