Valentine's events at SWOSU 2020

Around Valentine's Day, several events will take place on campus.

With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, SWOSU students are celebrating in several ways.
Mann Hall celebrated the holiday Tuesday, Feb. 11 with a Valentine’s Day party featuring card decorating, sugar cookies, free drinks and pizza.
Stewart Hall is hosting a “Bae-Goals” movie night 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12. They will be showing “P.S. I Still Love You,” and will serve free bagels and donuts.
Thursday, Feb. 13, Oklahoma Hall has organized a “Cards for Humanity” event at 7 p.m. This activity involves making cards for retirement home residents, and snacks will be provided for participants.
Duke’s Diner invites students, staff and visitors to a Valentine’s dinner from 4:30-6:30 p.m., Feb. 13. Student meal cards will be accepted, and those without a meal plan can get in for $10 per person.
On Valentine’s Day, Parker Hall is hosting a “Dessert in a Mug” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. They will be showing a Disney movie, and will provide the dessert. Participants only need to bring a mug to Room 210 in Parker Hall.
In addition to these events, the Black Student Union will have a Valentine’s Day fundraiser, selling chocolate-covered strawberries and boxes of chocolate in the Memorial Student Union on Thursday, Feb. 14.
